This beautiful, recently built (2004) home is fully air conditioned with silent split units; large ceiling fans throughout along with the natural Caribbean breezes will keep you extremely comfortable. The Villa has a Culligan water purification system and a state of the art security system. A remote controlled security gate permits entry to the long private driveway with parking facilities for up to ten cars and the entire property is fenced. There are Plasma TVs, Dvd, Cd and Vcrs. Also a state of the art computer system with high speed wireless internet connection, a photo printer and stand alone fax machine and shredder.

The professional stainless steel kitchen is fully equipped with all top of the line equipment including a sub-zero refrigeration unit and a freezer wine cooler. The gazebo, with a top of the line gas barbeque, and a sub-zero under counter fridge, sits adjacent to the pool overlooking the beach. The Villa has a full time cook, house keeper and a gardener.

Water sports abound just across the road and a spa is located next door at Mullin's. Bridgetown, the Capital City, is a twenty minute drive down the coast.
